Trap Fried Chicken is a hot chicken eatery serving up quality chicken sandwiches. The establishment itself is owned by Ani Petrosyan with Executive Chef Steven Velichnian at the helm of its flavorful menu. Sometimes people develop a concept that so good that the individuals spontaneously decide to follow through with it. Trap Fried Chicken is a prime example of such. Established in just after three days of planning and a small family "soft opening", it has become the prime chicken destination in Glendale, California. Ani Petrosyan and Steven Velichnian both have had tons of prior experience with other restaurants like Food Haus Cafe and BLaQHauS.
